TEACH_TRAVEL_SHARE (UJUNG KE UJUNG) PROJECT
CHAPTER MALANG-PROBOLINGGO-JEMBER, EAST JAVA.


It is such a very pleasant trip for sure. A night did I travel from Padangsidimpuan by simpati. Arrived in Padang at the morning.  Then, after getting enough rest and enjoying the beautiful view of beach there, I continued the Journey by flight to Surabaya for two and a half hours. The journey was not finished yet. Then, I continued the journey to Malang for two hours. The journey was not finished yet. Here were the journey.
2nd of Spetember was Communicative Classroom Technique at SMK Muhammadiyah 7, Gondanglegi, the Regency of Malang, East Java. This project was a project or workshop for English teachers around Malang on how to create communicative classroom Techique. The workshop was so attractive. We collaborated with ETA (English Teaching Assistent) from America.
The day after, we went to probolinggo for a day seminar at Pesantren Modern there. Doing many fun things with students made the day passed so fast. Then we continued the journey to Jember. A workshop at Muhammadiyah University Jember was one of the projects there. Collaborating with alumni of camp EPIC 2, and camp EPIC 3 had given such more beautiful colour on the workshop. It was like activating our background knowledge. It  successfully recalled the memory at camp EPIC  two years ago. The day after, we visited SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Jember for seminar. We were singing in the rain (energizers. We did so much fun with the students.
What I knew about teaching was only explaining. Teaching was such a boring thing. Thanks a lot to CAMP EPIC who had opened my mindset. I realize teaching is not a kind of boring thing. What I am really more grateful is I got a chance to be one of the campers in the camp and met a lot of super students and facilitators. Special thanks also to Yuta who always gives me opportunity to gain lots of knowledge by bringing me to some universities and schools in south Sumatera and East Java. To be honest, I learnt a lot from this adventure.
Teaching is like Union? Why? Because we need several layers in Teaching. As a teacher we can't directly open the class and then say ' Ok, students, open your book on page 112 and do the task'. But, as a teacher, we have to give some steps and give more fun things in engaging the students to get involved to our  class. Then, they will tell anybody outside about your class.So, a good teacher is one who can create multiple layers in his/her classroom.
