I.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is extortion.
	ü  Reason	:	1.      Corruption makes the financial of country is low. Automatically, the country has done the corruption will be poor. 2.      Corruption makes a gap between poor people and rich people.
	ü  Evidence	:	1.       Based on @detikfinance (Friday, 17th February 2013), that is one of famous website in Indonesia. They said that the debt of Indonesia in World Bank until 2013 achieve Rp. 2000 trillion, and the main cause of it is corruption. Whereas on Global Financial Integrity (GFI) in Washington DC (Thursday, 15th February 2013 in Liputan 6) said developing countries have been loss the fund about US$ 5,86 trillion in 2001-2010, because of corruption, drugs, and tax evasion. It increases about 11 % in 2009. Indonesia got ninth rank from thirteen countries in the world, as biggest country of corruption. Indonesia has been loss the fund about US$ 109 billion. GFI said to overcome this problem all of president in the world must improve the international financial system as a facility to limit the forbidden fund. The government also is recommended to overcome this problem; developing countries are given the rule to confirm the ownership of profit from every companies and organizations. 2.      The corruptor can enrich themselves to get and to buy anything. Whereas, Melinda Dee (a corruptor), she can buy one car that is very expensive (Ferrari) through corruption. In other side, the poor people cannot get their right, to life, to eat, to get occupation because they do not have money. The leader of Constitution Court, Mahfud MD said that justice of law in Indonesia is still dead. He also said “who has much money can buy law”. It means that the corruptor can reduce their punishment with buy law. Another evidences, Nazaruddin has corrupted  Rp. 6.000 trillion about athlete gallery case, and also he received a bribe about Rp. 4,6 billion, but he is punished for 7 years. Contrary, a student in Senior High School 3 in Palu, his name is Aal. He has stolen the sandal of Brigadier Ahmad Rusdi Hrp. He is punished directly for 5 years. It is not fair. According to our constitution 1945 chapter XA about human right, especially in 28D section verse 1, “every people in Indonesia have a right to get a justice in front of the law”. Therefore, law does not indiscriminate one people to another people. In addition, the constitution of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) No. 20, 2001 that a corruptor can be punished because they have embezzled and extorted the finance of country, they also have received a bribe.

II.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is deception.
	ü  Reason	:	1.      Corruption is an action to fight the law.  Based on the constitution in Indonesia that Indonesia is constitutional state. It lies in constitution 1945, chapter I, 1st section and 3rd verse. In addition, there is also the constitution about corruption No.20, 2003, and it consist some sanctions to the corruptor there. Moreover, there are the five basic principles of the Republic of Indonesia (Pancasila). 2.      Corruption makes the self-esteem of country low in point of view another country.
	ü  Evidence	:	1.      In fact, the corruptor always do corruption, they do not scare about the punishment. It means that there is scarcity of anti-corruption environment in circle of official. The evidence in Indonesia, there is a policeman that has done of corruption. He is Inspector General Djoko Susilo. He has corrupted about Rp. 32 billion. He did abuse of driving license. He knows well about law, but he has done corruption. Recently, there is one policeman again who has been arrested by Corruption Eradication Commission. He is Aiptu Labora Sitorus. He has done the smuggling of fuel oil and there is expansion in his saving account about Rp. 1,2 trillion. Based on the constitution of police No.24, 2013 that the salary of Aiptu is about Rp. 2.000.000 million. Based on the constitution 1945, chapter XII about State’s Defense and Safety in 30th section and in 4th verse that “the police of Republic of Indonesia as a government instrument who guard the safety and orderliness of citizen, and have some obligations such as to protect, to guide, to serve the citizen and also to uphold the law”. 2.      On Friday, 1st February 2013. The Managing Director Association of Machines Company, Joachim Schmid in Germany, has been cancelled the cooperation with Indonesia, because they scared with the condition of Indonesia, especially about corruption. He said that to make cooperation with Indonesia is so difficult, because they must spend a lot of money to finish their job. He knows about the punishment if someone does corruption. He scared their investment work out the financial loss in Indonesia.

III.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is committing of treason.
	ü  Reason	:	§ Corruption has destroyed confidence among citizens toward government official bureaucrats, which has reduced their authority among citizen. In addition, the citizens will not believe anymore to law in Indonesia, because the law in Indonesia is one sided. Actually, the absence of justice occurs in Indonesia, because there is a disregarding the law, disrespecting the law, distrusting the law, and also there is misuse of law.
	ü  Evidence	:	§  Many citizens do not get justice of law in Indonesia. For instance, there is a grandmother in Banyumas, she is punished for 1,5 years because she stole 3 cocoas that has a price about Rp. 10.000. Aguswandi Tanjung charged his phone in Roxy Apartment (8th September 2009, Jakarta). He has been arrested by security and brought to police because he has stolen the electricity. He has punished for 6 months. Contrary with the corruptor, they take the money and can buy the law to decrease their punishment. For instance, Artalita Suryani (Ayin).  She has corrupted about Rp. 6 billion. She has punished for 5 years.  She can make her prison like a palace, but the wardens knew about her lifestyle in prison. They only looked it without admonish her. Additionally, Gayus Tambunan, he has done tax evasion. He has also corrupted about Rp. 28 billion. Even though, he has been endured in prison, he can down town to another country, such as Bali and Macau. The wardens permitted him to go out from prison, because they also got money from Gayus.

IV.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is obstruction
	ü  Reason	:	§ Many infrastructures are blocked because of corruption. The citizen thinks that the government does not give enough funds to build or to finish the infrastructure. The fact, there is general revenue and expenditure budget of country for building of infrastructure, like tax levy. In constitution 1945, chapter VIII about Financial, 23rdA section, tax is used to necessity of country, like building of infrastructure.
	ü  Evidence	:	§  Many infrastructures still have finished yet in Indonesia; indeed there is lack of infrastructure such as in education, transportation, communication, so on. In Papua, they do not get a good facility of education, they experience lack of chairs, tables, books, the building of school only from bamboo, and also lack of teachers. In addition, Bontang is one of town the main gas producers in Indonesia, but this town buys gas to Java Island.  This is caused by there is no pipe to channel the gas. In Sumatera, so many road that is very broken. The corruptor has taken the money from our country, automatically the funds to build the infrastructure is blocked because of corruption. Therefore, the law in our government, especially about infrastructure and corruption must be repaired. The culture of law enforcement must be applied by government, law enforcer, and also all of the citizens Republic of Indonesia.

Ø  THW legalize the corruption and justice of law.

I.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is necessity.
	ü  Reason	:	§ Today corruption is very important to our life, especially the officials and civil servants in Indonesia, because they only get low salary every month. Moreover, corruption in general election is very important, because to get big suffrage, the candidates must give money to the supporter. Therefore, the party who has supported the candidates must give a big fund to campaign, and to get money instantly must through corruption.
	ü  Evidence	:	§  In Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera. Recently, they have carried out the general election of major and deputy major. In fact, there are six candidates. Every candidate, from number 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 have given the money to their supporter about Rp. 50.000-100.000, except the candidate number 5 (TV ONE). The winner as a major and deputy major is number 3. It is impossible, if they do not corruption, because when they did the campaign, every candidate competed to invite the artist and to enliven their campaign. Therefore, they need a big fund in order to supporter chose them in general election.
	ü  Link Back	:	Based on my argument and my evidence, like I told before, corruption is necessity, especially in circle of the officials and also civil servants in general election. So, THW legalize the corruption and justice of law.

II.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is political dynamic in democracy country.
	ü  Reason	:	§ Indonesia is democracy country. Nowadays, system of politic Indonesia is very dynamic because of corruption. There is a reason for it; Indonesia has many the politic parties that make the practice of corruption is very mushrooming. The function of corruption in democracy country is to make the new arrangement of democracy in a country because corruption is one of activity of politic parties in Indonesia. Therefore, corruption can survive the position in politic, especially to help their cadres from their party in getting an authority in government, because who has a power in politic party or has a good position in government can make their position more safe with do corruption.
	ü  Evidence	:	§  Many politic parties have done corruption in Indonesia, such as Justice and Safe Party (PKS) and Democrat Party. The facts, both of them are big politic parties in Indonesia, but they have done corruption; the president of PKS “Lufthi Ishaaq Hasan” has done corruption about import beef case. Additionally, the leader of Democrat Party “Anas Urbaningrum” also has done corruption about Hambalang case.  Therefore, the arrangement and the president of PKS and Democrat Party will be changed. It means that the politic party of PKS and Democrat Party are not static. The law in Indonesia about corruption also helps to make the new arrangement of democracy, especially in politic party, because Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also investigate and seek the corruptor who has done corruption. Therefore, this is one of evidence about corruption is political dynamic in democracy country.

III.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is rotation of economy growing
	ü  Reason	:	§  Indonesia is one of a biggest country of corruption, but until now Indonesia have busted up yet. Actually, economy growing in Indonesia consists of two main sectors, such as investment sector and consumption sector. In Indonesia, consumption sector holds the important role in economy growing in Indonesia. Many investors are very interested about the strength of consumption sector in Indonesia.
	ü  Evidence	:	§  In 2009, Indonesia got third rank as country with highest economy growing in the world. In addition, the economy growing of Indonesia in 2013 achieve 6,8%. The fact, corruption is very mushrooming in Indonesia. This is one of reason that corruption is rotation of economy growing. If the corruptor still saves their money in Indonesia bank not in another country, so the economy growing will develop in Indonesia. In Indonesia, many supermarkets and properties project is being built. Besides, the sales figure of car still rise. This is one of form of rotation the money that has corrupted by the corruptor. Therefore, when Gayus Tambunan was being built his home in Kelapa Gading, he has actuated the properties sector in Indonesia. He also has helped the mason to serve the vocation in Wonogiri, making cement industry is still growing, and also helping the roof builder in Jatiwangi. Based on the constitution 1945 chapter XIV about National Economy and Safety in 34th section, 2nd verse, that country must develop social guaranty (economy growing for society) for all of citizen in Indonesia.
	ü  Link Back	:	Based on my argument and my evidence that I told before, corruption is economy growing because consumption sector holds the important role in economy growing in Indonesia. So, THW legalize the corruption and justice of law.

IV.	ü  Assertion	:	Corruption is an instrument to catch the attention of World Bank (International Bank Reconstruction and Development).
	ü  Reason	:	§  Indonesia is one of developing country. Therefore, World Bank gives special helping for developing country (Indonesia); especially the country has worked out the problem of corruption and poverty.
	ü  Evidence	:	§  Recently, World Bank (International Bank Reconstruction and Development) has agreed about two loans about policy of the infrastructure building in Indonesia and supporting education, health, economy, and communication programs about US$ 800 million, on November, 2010 (www.chiez.blogstudent.mb.ipb.ac.id). Therefore, World Bank has a function to stabilize the economy of developing country, especially Indonesia. Additionally, corruption has helped our beloved country Indonesia to get big loan from World Bank. Additionally, the law should look the positive effect of corruption, because corruption only looks from one side.
	ü  Link Back	:	Based on my argument and my evidence that I told before, corruption is an instrument to catch attention of World Bank because Indonesia can get big loan from World Bank. So, THW legalize the corruption and justice of law.
