My Academic Trip to Malang
(Fisrt experience to present paper in International Conference)


Konferensi Internasional tentang Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris, Linguistik, dan Sastra (ELITE Internasional Conference) UIN Malang 2019 yang diinisiasi oleh persatuan dosen-dosen Bahasa Inggris PTKIN se-Indonesia menjadi peluang besar di antara para pemangku kepentingan (akademisi, peneliti, dosen, pemerintah, organisasi non-pemerintah, dan sektor swasta), untuk bertemu dan melakukan pertukaran gagasan tentang Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris, Linguistik, dan Sastra. Tema konferensi ini adalah Mempromosikan Keragaman Global, Kemitraan, dan Kemakmuran Melalui Pengembangan Bahasa Inggris.
Konferensi Internasional ini juga menghadirkan para keynote speaker atau pembicara utama. Pemateri diantaranya Dr. Bradley Horn (the head of RELO-US Embassy), Prof. Dr Arskal Salim GP, M.Ag (Director of Islamic Higher Education Ministry of Religion Affairs, the Republik Indonesia), Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Haris, M.Ag (Rector of UIN Malang), assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Nazri Latif (University of Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia), Yuta Otake, M.TESOL (Taiwan), dan Sean Ryan (United States of America).
Penulis yakin bahwa pemuda memiliki andil dalam kemajuan suatu wilayah. Namun dalam hal memajukan wilayah penulis perlu asupan-asupan pengetahuan dan pengalaman. Oleh karenanya, dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas, penulis sebagai fresh graduate/pemuda dari kecamatan Angkola Selatan, kabupaten Tapanuli selatan, penulis yang juga sebagai alumni Tadris Bahasa Inggris IAIN Padangsidimpuan yang saat ini sedang bekerja sebagai pembina asrama di IAIN Padangsidimpuan termotivasi untuk ikut andil dalam internasional conference tersebut. Dalam kegiatan ini penulis ikut andil dalam mempresentasikan karya tulis penulis yang berkolaborasi dengan dua mahasiswa pasca sarjana Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Karya Tulis yang penulis kirimkan diterima mejadi salah satu dari 150 karya tulis yang diundang untuk dipresentasikan.
Penulis sudah melalui beberapa tahapan diantaranya abstract Submission, Full paper submission, dan juga Presentasion Payment (Pembayaran presentasi). Penulis telah mengikuti kegiatan Internasional Conference di UIN Malang 7-9 September 2019 dan akan mempresentasikan karya tulis penulis yang berjudul “Teaching Writing Literature in Parts of Paragraph”.
 Mempresentasikan hasil karya ilmiah di depan para akademika dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia dan luar negeri memberikan kebanggan tersendiri bagi penulis. Sebagai pengalaman pertama tentunya sangat memberikan bekas yang mendalam dan tak dapat dilupakan. Semoga Penulis terus dapat berprestasi dan melanjutkan pendidikan ke Luar negeri.

TEACH_TRAVEL_SHARE (UJUNG KE UJUNG) PROJECT CHAPTER MALANG-PROBOLINGGO-JEMBER, EAST JAVA. It is such a very pleasant trip for sure. A night did I travel from Padangsidimpuan by simpati.
